Multi-family
Apartment construction
Multi-dwelling units can be very challenging to design and develop. Since the beginning, Little Creek Construction has specialized in the pre-construction, construction and post-construction of apartment dwellings all over the Madison area.
Apartment complexes have many little details and often very tight construction deadlines. Our attention to detail and strong project management let us streamline construction and keep projects on budget and on schedule.
Project feature
The Addison Apartments
Completed in 2015, The Addison is the largest single project built by Little Creek Construction. With 500 high-end apartments, a workout gym, a yoga studio and a heated pool, it was designed for young professionals. This seven-building project met our goal of making the apartments look and feel like home.
Commercial and medical
Specialty construction
Chiropractors, dentists and family practitioners all have one thing in common when it comes to design and construction: they need spaces that respect their patients’ privacy and physical needs. We understand the unique needs of specialty clinics and work with practitioners to plan for patient privacy when creating a space.
Through our research and experience on medical facility construction, we’re also familiar with the right materials to use, ones that are safe for patients and the people who work there.
Project feature
First Choice Dental
When First Choice Dental asked us to do the finish work on their building, we were excited to take on the challenge of a medical office. The client needed multiple zones, including patient rooms, hallways and a patient intake area. The office was also completely paperless, so we put all of the digital and other equipment behind a removable wall system to keep the rooms looking sleek and functional.
